That hotel was in a marvellous location, to rail station. We stayed in an impeccably clean room with huge bed, a balcony, as for instance.
Some people working there were irresponsible.

Location close enough to train and bus stations and the main restaurant areas and the center and bus station. For tea or coffee visit Tao - Dulce Salado nearby. The rooms with a nice decor. Lovely views on the mountains from our room, accommodating staff.

Very good service, stunning location on a quiet street. Based close enough to the bus station by 5am, the train, and which is ideal after a long day hiking to arrive right back at the doorstop. Units with nice balcony.

Perfect spot before your Machu Picchu adventure
This place was super cozy, and waking up to the sound of the river was just amazing! The owner was really helpful and made sure we were set for our early hike. Breakfast was great, especially the fresh fruit. Just a heads up though, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience!

I had a cozy stay, with comfy beds that gave us the best sleep! The breakfast was good, especially those freshly made eggs, but the noise from the river was quite loud at times.

The location offers a quiet retreat right after entering town, with a cozy room with a small balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was plentiful, with made-to-order eggs and fresh juices available even at 4 AM, great for an early start toward the main attractions. The lack of soundproofing from the street noise and the chilly nights without heating were notable drawbacks. While the town itself felt overpriced, this place provided decent value for those visiting the area.

The room was super clean and the shower was excellent, always having hot water. It's just a five-minute walk from the train station. Breakfast was perfect, with made-to-order options, and the owner was very attentive and helpful.
the only critique i have is that the toilet needed an extra flush.

small balcony with river view, excellent water pressure, proximity to train station
The noise from the street and river is quite bothersome, the lack of soundproofing is disappointing!!! No heating means chilly nights was nice.

Panorama B&B provided a clean and cozy room with a lovely small balcony facing the Urubamba River. The breakfast was excellent, starting early at 4 AM with a wide selection including made-to-order eggs and fresh juices, which helped facilitate our early departure for Machu Picchu. The staff was accommodating, even offering a personal laptop when a work issue arose.
Soundproofing could be improved, as noise from the street was noticeable.

It was just a prime choice for a city trip in Machu Picchu with value for money. The early breakfast was a lifesaver for us since we had an early hike planned. Try to book a room away from the street for a quieter experience.
